Still Tired No Matter How Much You Sleep?
Discover the secret behind your sleep with a "Sleep Test"
Wake up refreshed every morning with our VIP room service.
Are you experiencing any of these problems? Waking up exhausted as if you haven't slept, snoring so loudly that your partner complains, or waking up abruptly in the middle of the night feeling like you're choking.
These symptoms might not just be "normal fatigue" but could be warning signs of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA), a condition that can have severe long-term effects on your heart and brain.
Khonkaen Ram Hospital is here to help with our highly accurate and comprehensive Type 1 Sleep Test Package. We aim to safely restore your truly restful sleep. During the test, patients will be fitted with advanced sleep analysis equipment, including:
- Head Box: The main sleep diagnostic monitor.
- EEG Electrodes: To monitor brainwave activity.
- EMG Electrodes: To measure muscle tension and movements.
- EKG/ECG Electrodes: To monitor heart rate and rhythm.
- Nasal-Oral Thermistor: To measure airflow through your nose and mouth.
- Chest Effort Belt: To monitor chest expansion during breathing.
- Abdominal Effort Belt: To monitor abdominal movement during breathing.
- Body Position Sensor: To track your sleep posture and body positions.
- Oximeter Finger Probe: To continuously measure blood oxygen levels.
