Mass-casualty emergency response drill

On 10 April 2023, Khon Kaen Ram Hospital held a mass-casualty emergency response drill. Executives, physicians, nurses, and staff from all departments participated to prepare for disasters and road accidents with many injured people. The drill simulated a road accident and gave each team the opportunity to practice its responsibilities under the response plan. When an ambulance brought simulated casualties to the emergency department, the medical and support teams assessed them by severity and provided urgent care. Afterward, participants reviewed the drill and proposed improvements to make the plan as effective as possible.
