Subject: Scammers Impersonating Khonkaen Ram Hospital to Place Fraudulent Orders

To: All Vendors, Suppliers, and Business Partners of Khonkaen Ram Hospital

Please be informed that a group of scammers is currently impersonating our executives and using the name of Khonkaen Ram Hospital to fraudulently order materials and equipment for illicit gain.

Khonkaen Ram Hospital would like to officially clarify that all legitimate purchases made by the hospital must be accompanied by an official Purchase Order (PO) issued directly by our Purchasing Department.

The hospital has no involvement in these fraudulent activities and will not be held liable for any damages or financial losses resulting from such impersonation.

We urgently advise all our vendors and partners to exercise maximum caution. If you receive any suspicious orders, or if an order is placed without a valid official PO, please verify the request directly with our Purchasing Department at 043-002-002 Ext. 0270 before proceeding with any transactions or deliveries.

If you have been affected by this scam, we strongly encourage you to gather evidence and report the incident to the police immediately. Furthermore, Khonkaen Ram Hospital will take the maximum legal action against anyone whose fraudulent actions cause damage to our institution.
