Fire and Evacuation Drill

On 22 November 2024, Khon Kaen Ram Hospital conducted its annual fire and evacuation drill.

The exercise followed the hospital's fire safety policies and standards.

The drill simulated a fire spreading beyond control, prompting an announcement to evacuate patients to an assembly point.

Executives, physicians, nurses, and staff followed the procedures, focusing on safe evacuation and proper assistance for patients.

The drill was intended to build confidence among staff and service users in the event of a real emergency.

A fire engine and firefighting personnel from Khon Kaen Municipality participated. Experienced personnel from Kut Nam Sai Subdistrict Municipality in Nam Phong District also helped plan, observe, and evaluate the exercise.
