Destruction of Patient Medical Records

Khon Kaen Ram Hospital has scheduled the destruction of medical records for patients who have not been in contact with Khon Kaen Ram Hospital for 5 years, starting from January 1, 2019, to December 31, 2019.

Khon Kaen Ram Hospital is therefore issuing this announcement so that any patient who wishes to retain their medical history may contact us to collect it in person by presenting proof of identity at the Reception and Registration Department, every day during business hours, by July 31, 2025.
