Disposal of Patient Medical Records

Khon Kaen Ram Hospital has scheduled the disposal of medical records for patients who have not contacted the hospital for five years, covering records from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2018.

Patients who wish to keep their medical records are asked to collect them in person, with proof of identity, from the Reception and Registration Department during business hours by 31 August 2024.
