On 4 October 2023, Khon Kaen Ram Hospital joined the annual fire and evacuation drill at Central Plaza Khon Kaen.

The scenario simulated a fire on the shopping center's fourth floor, with several people injured. They were helped to the Khao Niao Plaza assembly point and given first aid before being transported to hospital.

Executives, staff from all departments, nurses, outside organizations, and government agencies followed the evacuation procedures with a focus on moving shoppers safely. The drill aimed to build confidence among employees and customers in the event of a real fire.
