- If your policy covers Outpatient Department (OPD) physical therapy, you will need to see a doctor for an initial assessment. If physical therapy is recommended, the doctor will prescribe the required number of sessions and issue a medical claim form.
- For your convenience, your "first" physical therapy session can be done immediately after seeing the doctor at the Physical Therapy Department on the 7th Floor.
- For "subsequent" appointments, you can receive treatment at the Khon Kaen Ram Physical Therapy Clinic (Sports Center Building) until you complete the prescribed number of sessions.
