Radial Shock Wave Cov2

Chronic Pain, Office Syndrome, Tendinitis, Frozen Shoulder, Plantar Fasciitis, Trigger Finger... Heal without surgery with “Radial ShockWave”

Powerful, Deep, and Precise—Targeting the pain point without the skin irritation or soreness you might expect.

Shockwaves can be transmitted through clothing: Convenient, time-saving, and solves problems at the direct source.

Radial Shockwave Therapy is a medical treatment that utilizes high-pressure compressed air (Pneumatic or ballistic type). The acoustic waves travel at supersonic speeds, creating a specific compressive force that penetrates the body's tissues to stimulate healing.

Benefits of Radial Shockwave Therapy

The Radial Shockwave device transmits energy through the skin surface to tendons and muscles at a depth of approximately 3-4 centimeters. As it passes through the tissue, it produces several biological effects, including:

  • Stimulating neovascularization (creation of new blood vessels).
  • Accelerating the repair of muscle and tendon cells.
  • Stimulating collagen production and inhibiting inflammation, leading to reduced muscle pain and relaxation of trigger points.
  • Improving blood circulation.
  • Helping to break down calcification within tendons.
  • Increasing and accelerating the repair process by re-stimulating the inflammatory response in patients with chronic pain conditions.

Conditions Treated with Shockwave Therapy

  1. Tendonitis: Including Tennis Elbow, Shoulder Tendinitis, Achilles Tendinitis, Plantar Fasciitis (heel spurs), De-Quervain’s Tenosynovitis (wrist), and Calcific Tendonitis of the shoulder.
  2. Chronic Muscle Inflammation: Chronic shoulder pain, chronic back pain, Office Syndrome, and Myofascial Pain Syndrome (MPS).
  3. Others: Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS), Osteoarthritis, Trigger Finger, and Adhesive Capsulitis (Frozen Shoulder).

Contraindications

  1. Areas with a Cardiac Pacemaker.
  2. Broken or wounded skin.
  3. Patients with blood clotting disorders (e.g., Hemophilia).
  4. Areas with malignant tumors (cancer).
  5. Should not be used on children.
  6. Pregnant women.
  7. Patients with Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT).

Precautions

  1. Avoid direct application over the lungs.
  2. Avoid the neck muscles and the area behind the ears, as it may trigger tinnitus (ringing in the ears).

Side Effects

You may feel fatigue or soreness in the treated area, which can be managed by applying a cold pack after the session.
