Important Notes*

• The following costs are NOT included:
  1. Pre-operative assessment.
  2. Post-operative follow-up appointments.
  3. Post-operative physical therapy.

• The following items have NO additional charge:
  1. Operating room fees, surgeon's fees, anesthesiologist's fees.
  2. Cost of prostheses (artificial parts), medication, anesthetic drugs, medical supplies.
  3. Private room charges, nursing service fees, and meals.

• Health insurance can be used in conjunction with this program.

Eligibility for the Program

1. Eligible persons include government officials, permanent employees, and pensioners/annuitants.
2. Eligible family members include father/mother, spouse, and minor children (up to 3 persons). (This does not include local government officials, state enterprise employees, or employees of other government organizations.) The eligible person must prepare the necessary documentation for the Comptroller General's Department through their respective government agency.

Documents Required for Eligibility Check

Prepare your National ID Card or Government Official ID Card to check your eligibility at the reception and registration desk.

Service Procedure

1. Contact the reception and registration desk on the G Floor of Building 1, Khon Kaen Ram Hospital, Tel: 043-002-002 ext. 1011.
2. Submit your National ID Card to the staff. They will check your medical entitlement through the Comptroller General's Department system and register you, along with estimating any necessary co-payment charges.
3. The patient will see a doctor for diagnosis and to verify the criteria for surgery. If the criteria for surgery under the Comptroller General's Department are met, the patient will be given a surgery appointment date.
