Eligibility
- Eligible persons include: Government officials, permanent employees, and pension recipients.
- Family members of the eligible person include: Parents, spouse, and legal minor children (up to 3 children). (Excludes local government officials, state enterprise employees, or employees of other government agencies). Eligible persons must ensure their data is updated in the Comptroller General's Department (CGD) system through their respective agencies.
Required Documents for Verification
Please present your National ID card or Civil Servant ID card for eligibility verification at the Reception and Registration Department.
Service Procedures
- Contact the Reception and Registration Department, G Floor, Building 1, Khon Kaen Ram Hospital. Tel. 043-002-002 ext. 1011
- Present your ID card to the staff to verify your benefits via the CGD system. Registration will be processed, and an estimate of any additional Copayment costs will be provided.
- Consult with a physician for diagnosis and surgical assessment. If criteria set by the Comptroller General's Department are met, a surgery date will be scheduled.

Includes diseases requiring pre-planned elective surgery as specified by the Comptroller General's Department.
- Social Security patients coming for childbirth can use their spouse's civil servant benefits alongside their own Social Security rights (Dual benefits).
- Private health insurance can be used in conjunction with the program.
