Afterward, the hospital will process your claim. The steps are as follows:- Verify your insurance eligibility at the Registration & Reception desk, G Floor, Building 1, Khon Kaen Ram Hospital.
- If your policy covers Outpatient Department (OPD) physical therapy, you will need to see a doctor for an initial assessment. If physical therapy is recommended, the doctor will prescribe the required number of sessions and issue a medical claim form.
- For your convenience, your "first" physical therapy session can be done immediately after seeing the doctor at the Physical Therapy Department on the 7th Floor.
- For "subsequent" appointments, you can receive treatment at the Khon Kaen Ram Physical Therapy Clinic (Sports Center Building) until you complete the prescribed number of sessions.

: Yes, corporate benefits from contracted companies are accepted. Please bring your referral letter (or Letter of Guarantee) to verify your eligibility. You must consult a doctor for your "first visit" before starting physical therapy. The hospital will then process the direct billing with your company. The steps are as follows:- Submit your referral letter at the Registration & Reception desk, G Floor, Building 1, Khon Kaen Ram Hospital.
- If your benefits cover OPD physical therapy, you will see a doctor for an assessment. If recommended, the doctor will prescribe the number of sessions and issue a medical certificate or claim form.
