1. Natural Birth

For full-term pregnancies (37-40 weeks), the service fee covers:

• Delivery room, labor room, and delivery room service team fees.
• Obstetrician and pediatrician fees.
• Private room, meals, and nursing services for the mother for 3 days and 2 nights.
• Nursery room and care for the newborn for 3 days and 2 nights.
• Medication and medical supplies for delivery.
• Medical equipment fees for delivery.
• Hepatitis B vaccine and BCG vaccine for the newborn.
• Laboratory tests for the newborn, including:
  • ABO, Rh blood group testing.
  • Screening for metabolic brain disorders (Phenylketonuria: PKU).
  • Screening for congenital hypothyroidism (TSH).
• Jaundice screening.
• Hearing screening for the newborn (OAE).
• First photo of the baby and family.
• Birth certificate registration service.

2. Cesarean Birth

For full-term pregnancies (37-40 weeks), the service fee covers:

• Operating room and labor room fees.
• Cesarean section fee, obstetrician, pediatrician, and anesthesiologist fees.
• Private room, meals, and nursing services for the mother for 4 days and 3 nights.
• Nursery room and care for the newborn for 4 days and 3 nights.
• Medication, anesthesia, and medical supplies for delivery.
• Medical equipment fees for cesarean section.
• Hepatitis B vaccine and BCG vaccine for the newborn.
• Laboratory tests for the newborn, including:
  • ABO, Rh blood group testing.
  • Screening for metabolic brain disorders (Phenylketonuria: PKU).
  • Screening for congenital hypothyroidism (TSH).
• Jaundice screening.
• Hearing screening for the newborn (OAE).
• First photo of the baby and family.

Antenatal Care

The hospital offers the following antenatal care packages:

• 1. For pregnancies less than 12 weeks (1st Antenatal Visit)
• 2. For pregnancies of 12 weeks or more (Antenatal Care Package)

Additional Special Tests

1. Maternal blood biochemical screening for certain genetic disorders such as Down syndrome, and screening for fetal chromosomal abnormalities using the NIPT test.
2. 4D Ultrasound.
3. Fetal health monitoring - Electronic Fetal Monitoring.

During the antenatal period, Khon Kaen Ram Hospital provides vaccinations during pregnancy, such as the tetanus vaccine, influenza vaccine, and Tdap vaccine. We also have specialists and medical personnel who provide advice and health education on nutrition and necessary supplements for both mother and fetus, as well as guidance on self-care during pregnancy.

Important symptoms or abnormalities that require seeing a doctor before your scheduled appointment include: lower abdominal pain or abnormal vaginal bleeding, frequent contractions or abdominal hardening, or decreased or absent fetal movement.
