Prenatal Care (Antenatal Care)
The hospital offers the following Prenatal Care packages:
- 1. Pregnancy under 12 weeks (1st Prenatal Visit)
- 2. Pregnancy 12 weeks and above (Prenatal Care Package)
Additional Special Screenings
- Maternal serum biochemistry screening for genetic disorders, such as Down syndrome, and chromosomal abnormality screening via NIPT test.
- 4D Ultrasound.
- Fetal health assessment – Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM).
During your prenatal care, Khon Kaen Ram Hospital provides necessary vaccinations, including Tetanus, Influenza, and dTap (Diphtheria, Tetanus, and Pertussis). Our specialists and medical staff are available to provide guidance on nutrition, essential prenatal supplements, and proper self-care during pregnancy.

[A] For twin pregnancies, there are additional conditions and details outside the standard fixed-price birth package. Please contact the Labor and Delivery Department at 043-002-002 ext. 3300 for more information.
[Q] How many nights do I need to stay in the hospital for a C-section?
[A] 4 days and 3 nights.
[Q] Is the cost of prenatal care included in the fixed-price birth package?
[A] Prenatal care costs are not included in the birth package, but the hospital offers the following prenatal care options:
[Q] If I received prenatal care at another hospital, can I still give birth at Khon Kaen Ram Hospital?
[A] Yes. However, doctors generally recommend transferring your prenatal care to Khon Kaen Ram Hospital about one month before your due date so the physician can review your medical history.
[Q] If the baby needs to stay longer in the hospital (e.g., for phototherapy), how much are the extra costs?
[A] The cost depends on the baby's condition and the medical treatment required as determined by the physician.
[Q] Does the birth package price include vaccines?
[A] It includes the first doses of the Hepatitis B and BCG (tuberculosis) vaccines for the newborn.

[A] Membership card discounts cannot be applied to the fixed-price birth package.
[Q] Can the father enter the delivery room to take photos during birth?
[A] This is subject to the discretion of the attending physician.

[A] The hospital provides a complimentary gift set, birth certificate registration service, and a professional photo session for the baby and family at no extra charge.

[A] Yes, but there will be additional charges on top of the fixed-price birth package.

- Prices are valid from April 10 to December 31, 2026.
- Both maternity package prices do not include the following:
- Antenatal care (prenatal check-ups prior to delivery).
- Extended hospital stays beyond the specified package duration.
- Miscellaneous personal expenses (e.g., special nursing care, à la carte meals, beverages, or telephone calls).
- Additional charges will apply in the event of maternal or neonatal complications, twin deliveries, or tubal ligation (postpartum sterilization).
- The hospital reserves the right to change prices and conditions without prior notice.
