Recommended for Individuals Who Have Previously Had COVID-19

1. Those who had COVID-19 pneumonia or infection in the lungs.
2. Those with underlying health conditions.
3. Individuals aged 60 and over.
4. Individuals with obesity.
5. Those who suspect they have Long COVID symptoms, including:
   • Fatigue, exhaustion, easily tired.
   • Headache, dizziness.
   • Difficulty breathing, shortness of breath.
   • Chest tightness or pain, heart palpitations.
   • Cough, sore throat, fever, rash.
   • Body aches, muscle weakness.
   • Hair loss, loss of taste or smell.
   • Diarrhea, bloating.
   • Brain fog, poor memory, lack of concentration.
   • Anxiety, depression, stress, insomnia.

Preparation Before Your Visit

• Fast (no food or water) for 8 hours before the check-up.
• The check-up should be done at least 6 weeks after recovering from the infection.
