Khon Kaen Ram Hospital's Obstetrics & Gynecology and Gynecologic Oncology Clinic provides comprehensive services for women of all ages, including diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of women's health conditions, general health check-ups for women, pre-marital health check-ups, as well as prenatal care and delivery services. Our team consists of general obstetrician-gynecologists and specialized obstetrician-gynecologists, such as maternal-fetal medicine specialists and gynecologic oncologists, along with experienced personnel.
Abnormal symptoms that warrant a consultation with an obstetrician-gynecologist include:

Before Pregnancy
- Family planning, health check-ups, vaccinations, and readiness preparation before marriage and childbirth.
- Guidance and examinations for preparing for childbirth. We offer pre-marital health check-up programs for both men and women.
During Pregnancy
- Prenatal care, including advice and health education on diet, prenatal vitamins, and self-care during pregnancy.
- Screening for maternal diseases and abnormalities, such as thalassemia, pre-eclampsia, etc.
- Fetal health monitoring: Electronic Fetal Monitoring.
- Screening for Down syndrome risk, other chromosomal abnormalities, and fetal sex analysis: Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing (NIPT Test).
- Various vaccinations, such as influenza vaccine, diphtheria, tetanus.
- Consultation on delivery options: natural birth, C-section, including sterilization. We offer normal delivery packages and C-section packages.
Childbirth
- Standardized delivery services with modern equipment and technology, and an experienced medical team.
- High-risk pregnancy care with a medical team providing continuous monitoring.
- Newborn care by pediatricians.
- Close care and breastfeeding consultation by nurses from the Neonatal Center.
Postpartum
- Newborn follow-up for jaundice 1 week after birth, and scheduled child vaccinations until the infant is fully immunized according to schedule.
- Maternal postpartum follow-up appointments for at least 46 weeks to check on recovery and for cervical cancer screening.
- Cervical cancer screening: Pap Smear, Thin prep, Liquid-Based Cytology (LBC)
- Human Papillomavirus (HPV) detection for cervical cancer
- Obstetric & Gynecologic Ultrasound: Ultrasound OBG
- Colposcopy for cervical abnormalities
- Hysteroscopy for uterine cavity abnormalities
